The company reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the website constitutes implicit acceptance of such changes.

All information, documents, and data shared by the client are treated as strictly confidential.
ComeBiz Services will not disclose, share, or sell any client information to third parties without written consent, except when required by law.
Clients are also expected to respect the confidentiality of company documents, pricing structures, and communication.

Clients must provide accurate and complete information when requesting services.
Any false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
ComeBiz Services reserves the right to modify, delay, or reject a service request based on compliance, operational, or legal reasons.
To comply with the visa conditions during the two-month period and to process any modification or extension of the visa within the specified time. Otherwise, the candidate will bear a fine of AED 3,500 payable to the agency.
To adhere to all accommodation rules, which include:
Maintaining calm and order inside the accommodation.
Cleaning the place after use.
Not leaving any waste or garbage in the kitchen.
To take full responsibility in case of missing the travel date, as the candidate will be solely responsible for reissuing the flight ticket and bearing all resulting costs.
ComeBizServices is not responsible for any issues related to accommodation. The choice of accommodation is made according to the client’s preferences and budget. Our role is limited to providing options based on the client’s criteria; therefore, ComeBizServices bears no responsibility for any dissatisfaction, inconvenience, or additional costs arising from the client’s final selection.
All accommodation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
